DPS Property Services recognises the importance of working with our customers to develop tailor made cleaning plans that meet financial targets whilst exceeding service expectations. This is achieved through our web based quality monitoring system, continual customer interaction and “hands on” participation in the cleaning shifts to provide the customer with in depth knowledge of the cleaning effectiveness to enhance service delivery. Our hands on approach also demonstrates strong leadership to our cleaning teams. DPS Property Services will assign a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to oversee our teams performance and to ensure all cleaning service requirements meet the specification.
